Who Are We?
Tara Ryan
Tara comes to the mortgage industry with a strong financial background. She received her MBA from Emory University in 2001 and is a 1993 Electrical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tara is a long standing member of Toastmasters as well as a member of the Women's Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Richard Ryan
Richard founded Primacy Mortgage in 2002 after 11 years in the defense and telecommunications industries. He has developed a proprietary mortgage software system, Mercurium, which provides a number of unique advantages in the origination, processing, and management of loans. Richard's dedication to process management has allowed for rapid company growth while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. He is a 1991 Electrical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
