of 700, and a 2 year ownership of their company, we
can provide a no income verification loan at very best
rates available to any of our borrowers today.
For those borrowers who do not have the 2 year self-employment
history, we have a number of no documentation loans
at very competitive rates. We also have traditional
stated income loans available to borrowers with FICO
scores down to a 620.
